PIEDMONT - Fettuccine alla piemontese

INGREDIENTS

14oz Viaggio Fettuccine

3 cups meat sauce

3oz butter

3.5oz Viaggio grated parmesan

1 white truffle

Nutmeg to taste

Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Cook the Viaggio fettuccine in abundant, lightly salted boiling water, drain and arrange in a large oval dish. Season with butter, add half of the mixed Viaggio grated parmesan, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix, slice the truffle into flakes and serve accompanying the dish with the rest of the Viaggio grated parmesan and the meat sauce.
