Viaggio Artichokes 4
Arugula
Parsley
DIRECTIONS
Drain the Viaggio artichokes. Cut them in 4 sections by the length. Put them on top of the arugula already spread in a large serving dish.
You can add one uncut head of Viaggio Artichokes in the middle of your plate for a nice presentation.
Sprinkle some parsley for decoration.
