Baked Artichokes with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients
- 8 Artichokes
- 3 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Drain the artichokes (if using jarred or canned) and set them aside. If using fresh artichokes, trim the tops and remove the tough outer leaves before preparing.
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Gently open up the leaves of each artichoke and stuff them with the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to distribute it evenly between the leaves.
- Arrange the stuffed artichokes on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve the artichokes warm, enjoying their crispy, flavorful topping.
