Ingredients
- 8 Viaggio artichokes, cut into wedges
- 3½ oz olives (your choice of variety)
- 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the artichoke wedges in a mixing bowl. Add the olives, capers, and a generous grind of black pepper. Toss gently to mix.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the artichoke mixture and cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is warmed through and well combined.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
