TRENTINO SOUTH TYROL - Panada

INGREDIENTS

14oz steal bread

Water as needed

Viaggio extra virgin olive oil to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Viaggio grated parmesan to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Lay the sliced bread in a soup pot filled with water. Cook over low heat and follow it for two, three hours, stirring occasionally to keep it soft. Once cooked, the panada is served after seasoned with a little salt and pepper in the right amount and added a little olive oil and the Parmesan.
