Preheat: 375°F
Ingredients
- 1.2 lb Molino Signetti flour
- 7 oz dry white wine
- 4 oz Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ oz salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Viaggio flour, salt, and Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix until the dough becomes crumbly. Add the white wine and mix again until the dough starts to come together.
- Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each one into a rope using your fingertips. Shape into rings and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully drop a few taralli at a time into the boiling water. When they float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon and place on a clean towel to drain.
- Transfer the boiled taralli onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
