Gnocchi with Fontina Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1.1 lb Viaggio Gnocchi
- 7 oz Fontina cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 7 oz whole milk
Instructions
- Remove the rind from the Fontina cheese and cut it into small cubes.
- In a pot, heat the whole milk over low heat, then add the Fontina cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the mixture has become smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook the Viaggio Gnocchi in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the gnocchi.
- Add the drained gnocchi to the pot with the Fontina cheese sauce and stir gently to combine.
- Serve hot.
