INGREDIENTS
Viaggio rigatoni ridged 1 lb
Cream 1 cup
Pepper to taste
Black truffle
Salt to taste
Sausage 10oz
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Viaggio grated parmesan to taste
DIRECTIONS
Peel the sausage and chop it. In a pan pour some Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook the sausage on low heat. When the sausage is cooked, add the cream, some nutmeg and some pepper. In the meanwhile, cook Viaggio rigatoni ridged in a pot with boiling water. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sausage sauce. Add some black truffle on top and serve.
