SARDINIA - Penne sausage and mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
Riviera Penne 1 lb
Sausage 0.6 lb
Mushrooms to taste
1 clove of garlic
Riviera extra virgin olive oil to taste
Chili pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
DIRECTIONS
Sauté garlic in a pan with Riviera Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pepper. Cut the sausage into small pieces and place it in the pan to fry by smashing it with a fork. When the sausage is almost cooked, remove the garlic and finish cooking. When the sausage is browned, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. Finish cooking the sauce by adding some hot water. Meanwhile, cook Riviera Penne al dente and then sauté them in the pan with the sausage and mushrooms. Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley and basil leaves.
