APULIA - Ziti alla Sangiovanniello

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Viaggio cut ziti
14oz Viaggio Italian peeled tomatoes
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
2 anchovies
1 clove of garlic
1 red chili pepper
Capers to taste
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a pan heat two tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the garlic. Add the anchovies, and let them dissolve stirring constantly. Add the Viaggio Italian peeled tomatoes and chili. Cook the sauce for about twenty minutes. At the last moment add the capers and parsley. Boil Viaggio cut ziti in salted water, drain and add the sauce.
