Fettuccine with Meat Sauce and White Truffle

Ingredients
- 14 oz Viaggio Fettuccine
- 3 cups meat sauce (your preferred recipe)
- 3 oz butter
- 3.5 oz Viaggio grated Parmesan
- 1 white truffle
- Nutmeg, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, for pasta water
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the Viaggio fettuccine until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large serving dish.
- Immediately toss the hot fettuccine with butter, half of the grated Parmesan, a pinch of nutmeg, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix gently until the butter melts and coats the pasta evenly.
- Thinly slice the white truffle over the pasta, reserving a few slices for garnish if desired.
- Serve the fettuccine warm, accompanied by the remaining Parmesan and meat sauce on the side for guests to add to taste.
