MOLISE - Linguine with olives, tuna and cherry tomatoes

Linguine with Tuna, Olives & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 11 oz Riviera Linguine
  • 3 oz green olives, pitted
  • 5.5 oz tuna in oil, drained
  • 11 oz Viaggio cherry tomatoes
  • 0.7 oz Viaggio extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce:
  2. In a large skillet, heat the Viaggio extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the drained tuna and olives, cooking for a couple of minutes. Add the Viaggio cherry tomatoes and season with salt. Let the sauce simmer gently.
  3. Cook the Pasta:
  4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Riviera linguine until al dente. Drain well.
  5. Combine and Serve:
  6. Toss the linguine with the tuna and olive sauce, mix thoroughly, and serve immediately.
