MOLISE - Linguine with olives, tuna and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients
- 11 oz Riviera Linguine
- 3 oz green olives, pitted
- 5.5 oz tuna in oil, drained
- 11 oz Viaggio cherry tomatoes
- 0.7 oz Viaggio extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Make the Sauce:
- In a large skillet, heat the Viaggio extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the drained tuna and olives, cooking for a couple of minutes. Add the Viaggio cherry tomatoes and season with salt. Let the sauce simmer gently.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Riviera linguine until al dente. Drain well.
- Combine and Serve:
- Toss the linguine with the tuna and olive sauce, mix thoroughly, and serve immediately.
