Salt and pepper to taste
Basil and Parsley to taste
2oz Viaggio Grated Pecorino Cheese
3 tablespoons Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Viaggio Fettuccine 1lb
Make a mixture with bacon and onion; put the mixture into a small saucepan together with three tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sauté, then add the finely chopped parsley and basil. Season with salt and pepper. During cooking, from time to time, pour a little water or broth into the sauce. Cook the Viaggio Fettuccine, drain, place in a bowl, sprinkle with Viaggio Pecorino Cheese, pour over the sauce mixture, mix well and serve.
