Ingredients:
- 1 TBS of Viaggio Lemon Juice
- 10 Organic Lemons
- 750 ml of Grain Alcohol
- 750 ml Water
- 700g of White sugar
Instructions:
- Carefully peel 10 organic lemons, avoiding the bitter white pith.
- Place lemon peels in a large jar. Add 750 ml of grain alcohol, seal, and place in a dry, dark place for 3 weeks. Gently shake the jar once a day to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Create a water syrup. Boil 750ml of water with 700g of sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool completely. Add 1 TBSP of Viaggio Lemon Juice to the mixture.
- Strain the infused alcohol to remove the lemon peels. Mix the infused alcohol with the water syrup to complete your Limoncello.
- Transfer the Limoncello to the empty 3 bottles and store in the freezer.
- Serve cold, garnish with a twist of lemon peel if desired, and enjoy your own Viaggio Limoncello!
