TOSCANA - Bandiera Italiana Peppers / Italian Flag Peppers

Ingredients
· 6 Viaggio Red Roasted Peppers (RED)
· 7 White onions, sliced (WHITE)
· 1 big Italian parsley bunch. Chopped (GREEN)
· ½ cup Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
· 1 garlic clove roughly chopped
· 2 teaspoons of salt or salt to taste
· 1 Knorr Vegetarian bouillon
Directions
1. Slice Viaggio Roasted Red Peppers and the onions into strips.
2. Sauté garlic and onions until golden.
3. Add the sliced peppers, the olive oil and the salt.
4. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the vegetarian bouillon and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until the water (naturally created) is reduced.
6. Garnish with parsley.
7. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature with an extra drizzle of olive oil.
