VENETO - Red Roasted Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

3 Viaggio Roasted Red Peppers, drained

1/2 cup Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic

1 Lemon

1 cup Parsley

Salt to taste


Directions:

Cut Viaggio Roasted Red Peppers lengthwise; put them directly on to the serving plate. Top with Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Garlic. Salt to taste. Squeeze Lemon Juice over top and mix well.
