INGREDIENTS
· 4 cups tomatoes - Superpomodoro
· 2 cloves of garlic
· A few leaves of basil
· ½ cup of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
· Salt
DIRECTIONS
Pour Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the pan over medium heat; add the garlic. When the garlic turns gold add the Superpomodoro tomatoes and basil leaves. Lower the heat and let it cook for max 15m. Crushed the tomatoes with a fork or by stirring the sauce. Add salt.
