INGREDIENTS
2.2lb Viaggio flour
0.15oz brewer’s yeast
3 cups water
1 pinch of salt
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Rosemary to taste
Garlic to taste
DIRECTIONS
Pour the flour in a bowl and mix it well with the brewer’s yeast. Little by little add the water. Add a pinch of salt and knead well till obtaining a homogeneous dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest and rise for almost 5 hours. After that time, create 2 dough balls, and let them rest for 2 hours more. Roll out the focacce, brush with Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rosemary, garlic and salt.
Bake at 430F for 10/15 minutes
