INGREDIENTS
Viaggio flour 1.1lb
eggs 6
sugar 5oz
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Lemon 1 (peel)
salt 1 pinch
sugar to taste
butter 1 ½ oz
baking powder 1 tablespoon
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl beat the eggs with sugar. Add salt, vanilla extract, butter, baking powder and lemon grated peel. Pour and mix the flour little by little. When you have obtained a smooth dough, form some balls and fry them in hot oil and wait until they get brown. Drain well and sprinkle them with sugar.
