INGREDIENTS
4 Viaggio red roasted peppers
Stale bread to taste
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Viaggio grated Romano 1 ½ oz
Capers 1 tablespoon
Clove of garlic 1
Oregano to taste
DIRECTIONS
To prepare the Viaggio red roasted peppers with breadcrumbs drain, dry well the peppers and cut them into slices. Put the peppers into a pan with 2 tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook for 5/10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing made with breadcrumbs: chop the bread, then transfer it into a bowl and add the Viaggio grated Romano, capers, a clove of minced garlic and oregano. Stir well to mix all the ingredients, then add the mixture to the peppers and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, cover with a lid. The peppers with breadcrumbs are ready: let them cool down and serve as a side dish, or as a tasty appetizer; they are also excellent eaten cold.
