TRENTINO SOUTH TYROL - Elena artichokes

INGREDIENTS
6 Viaggio artichokes
4 chopped onions
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon Viaggio Balsamic Vinegar
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the sauce: in a pan pour some Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add the chopped onion. Let it brown. Drain the artichokes and arrange them on a tray. Add the onion sauce, the parsley, the chopped garlic clove, Viaggio balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
