Marinated Artichoke Salad
Ingredients:
- 6 Viaggio artichokes (drained)
- Viaggio extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Drain the Viaggio artichokes and cut them in half using a sharp knife.
- Arrange the artichokes on a serving dish.
- Drizzle with Viaggio extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and salt to taste.
- Serve cold.
