Parsley and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Drain the Viaggio artichokes. With a sharp knife cut the artichokes in half. After, arrange them in a serving dish and serve cold. Add parsley, salt Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil as desired.
