3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons of Viaggio extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Drain the Viaggio artichokes and let them apart. Chop the cloves of garlic and parsley and mix them with the breadcrumbs, tablespoons of Viaggio extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Insert the mixture over the leaves of the artichokes, then arrange the artichokes on a tray. Bake the artichokes for 10/15 minutes at 370F, till the breadcrumbs get brown. Serve the artichokes still warm.
