CAMPANIA - Napoletana artichokes
8 Viaggio artichokes
3 ½ oz olives
1 tablespoon capers
Black pepper to taste
Cut the artichokes in cloves and put them in a bowl. Add the olives and the capers, then add the black pepper as desired.
Warm a pan and put into the mixture, cook it for 5/10 minutes till obtaining a homogenous compound. Remove from the fire and serve it after few minutes.
