2 tablespoons pecorino cheese for grating
1 spoon breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Viaggio artichokes
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
2 clove garlic
Cut 4 Viaggio artichokes in cloves and leave them apart. Brown 2 cloves of garlic in 3 tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, remove the garlic and add the well-drained artichokes. Cook in a covered pan, the artichokes on moderate heat for 5 minutes stirring from time to time.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs, add 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese and 1 handful of oregano, then add salt and pepper as desired.
Stir the ingredients until they are completely blended and serve the artichokes immediately on the table.
