ABRUZZO - Abruzzese artichokes
3 Viaggio artichokes
1 Lemon (juice)
1 tablespoon of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Prepare 3 artichokes per serving (they already contain oil, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, parsley and chilli).
Mix in a bowl half of the chopped onion, the anchovy, and the lemon juice. Mix the ingredients all together in order to create a sauce.
Now, heat the tablespoon of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan and add the other half of the chopped onion and the artichokes. After a minute, add the sauce made and a ladle of water. Cover with the lid and wait almost 5 minutes. When they are ready, add another spoon of sauce!
