Viaggio red roasted peppers 16oz
Viaggio extra virgin olive oil 1oz
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the onion. Drain Viaggio red roasted peppers and cut them into slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. In a pan, heat Viaggio extra virgin olive oil, pour the onion and let it brown, add the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat and then add the sliced peppers. Cook for 5 minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring often. Once cooked, serve Bandiera hot!
