INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
2 onions (medium size)
1oz diced bacon
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a medium size pan, heat two to three tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add the bacon and after few minutes, add the sliced onion, cook until they get brown. In a bowl beat the eggs, add salt and pepper as desired. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and brown the frittata on both sides. Now it’s ready, serve and
