AOSTA VALLEY - Gnocchi alla bava
Viaggio Gnocchi 1 lb
Cheese 7oz (Fontina if possible)
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole milk 7oz
Remove the crust from the Fontina cheese and cut it in small cubes. In a pot pour the milk, heat it and add the fontina. Melt the cheese on low heat stirring continuously. Add salt and pepper. Now cook Viaggio Gnocchi in a pot with boiling water. Drain the Gnocchi and add them to the pot with fontina and milk. Serve hot!
