TRENTINO SOUTH TYROL - Gnocchi panna e pancetta

INGREDIENTS

1.1lb Viaggio Gnocchi

Bacon 3.5oz

1 tbsp Viaggio extra virgin olive oil

1 cup cream

2oz Viaggio grated parmesan

 

DIRECTIONS

In a pan pour a tablespoon of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fry the bacon and pour the cream letting it evaporate. In the meanwhile, cook the Viaggio Gnocchi in a pot of boiling water for few minutes.

Once cooked, sauté them in the pan with bacon and cream and serve sprinkling some Viaggio grated parmesan on top.
