MOLISE - Linguine with olives, tuna and cherry tomatoes
Viaggio Linguine 11oz
Green olives, stoned 3oz
Tuna in oil, drained 5.5oz
Viaggio Cherry tomatoes 11oz
Viaggio Extra-virgin olive oil 0.7oz
Garlic n.1 clove
Salt to taste
Sauté the garlic in a frying pan with the Viaggio extra-virgin olive oil. Add the drained tuna and olives and allow to simmer for a few minutes before combining it with the Viaggio cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and keep on cooking the sauce.
In boiling salted water cook the Viaggio Linguine, then drain “al dente” and add to the tuna and olive sauce. Mix well and serve.
