MOLISE - Linguine with olives, tuna and cherry tomatoes
Riviera Linguine 1 lb.
Green olives 3oz
Tuna in oil, drained 5.5oz
Viaggio Cherry tomatoes 11oz
Riviera or Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.7oz
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Sauté the garlic in a frying pan with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add the drained tuna and olives and allow to simmer for a few minutes before combining it with the Viaggio cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and keep on cooking the sauce.
In boiling salted water cook the Riviera Linguine, then drain “al dente” and add to the tuna and olive sauce. Mix well and serve.
