ABRUZZO - Fettuccine all'abruzzese
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil and Parsley to taste
2oz Pecorino cheese
3 tablespoons Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Viaggio Fettuccine 12.5oz
Make a mixture with bacon and onion; put the mixture into a small saucepan together with three tablespoons of Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sauté, then add the finely chopped parsley and basil. Season with salt and pepper. During cooking, from time to time, pour a little water or broth into the sauce. Cook the Viaggio Fettuccine, drain, place in a bowl, sprinkle with pecorino cheese, pour over the sauce mixture, mix well and serve.
