CAMPANIA - Spaghetti allo Scarpariello

Ingredients
1 lb of Viaggio Spaghetti
2 cans of Viaggio Cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Viaggio grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons of Viaggio grated Romano
2 cloves of garlic
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil as needed
Fresh basil leaves: 8/10
Salt as needed
Directions
Start heating oil with the cloves of garlic, let it flavor until golden, then add the crashed (with your hand) cherry tomatoes. Let them cook together with some basil leaves and cook with the lid for about ten minutes
Meanwhile boil the spaghetti in abundant salted water. Drain very al dente and transfer them directly to the pan with the sauce. Finish cooking the pasta by adding a little cooking water and the Viaggio grated cheeses. Stir well to obtain a "creamy" effect between cheese and tomato sauce.
Complete the dish with a few leaves of fresh basil and serve it immediately.
