LOMBARDY - Luganega al sugo
1lb Viaggio Italian peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons Viaggio extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Take a large pan and add 2 tablespoons of Viaggio extra virgin olive oil. Then add finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5-6 minutes so that it will brown. Then cut the sausage to pieces of about 5-8 cm in length and put them into the pan. Brown the sausage stirring continuously. Once it gets brown, add the Viaggio Italian peeled tomatoes. Salt and continue cooking on low heat for about 20 minutes.
