LAZIO - Porcini al pomodoro

INGREDIENTS

Porcini mushrooms 1lb

Viaggio cherry tomatoes 0.5lb

clove of garlic 2

mint to taste

Parsley ½ tufts

Viaggio Extra virgin olive Oil 4 tablespoons

salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Clean the porcini mushrooms by removing the stem and washing them gently. Cut them into thin strips. In a saucepan pour the Viaggio extra virgin olive oil with 2 cloves of garlic. As soon as the garlic is sauté, pour in the mushrooms and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the Viaggio cherry tomatoes, mint and finely chopped parsley. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
