UMBRIA - Meat with peppers
1.3lb veal lean meat
1.3lb Viaggio red roasted peppers
1 cup beer
Viaggio Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the meat into cubes. Heat Viaggio extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and add the meat. Drain peppers and cut them into slices. Cook the meat for 30 minutes adding salt, pepper and beer. Add the sliced peppers and cook for 20 minutes more.
