PIEDMONT - Piemontese pepper rolls
Viaggio red roasted peppers 3
Tuna in oil 8.5oz
Capers in salt 3 tablespoons
Anchovy fillets 5
Viaggio extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Drain Viaggio red roasted peppers and cut them into slices. Now prepare the filling: in a small bowl, add the tuna, anchovy fillets and the capers previously desalted. Pour Viaggio extra virgin olive oil and blend with an immersion blender. Spread the tuna mixture on the pepper slices and roll them up as rolls. Arrange the rolls of peppers on a serving tray and serve them.
